Volunteers
Volunteers help make PlanetHugger Boston happen. We’re looking for reliable, enthusiastic folks who are interested in having fun and saving the environment at the same time.
Why Volunteer?
Join us in our effort to help save the planet… one volunteer at a time! You’ll learn more about recycling, organics, and much more! You’ll get a chance to hear some of the most knowledgeable people on the environment speak about going green and may even have a chance to get close to a famous person or two. Of course it’s always fun to spend time with like-minded folks who share your passion for the environment. And, if you volunteer, you receive a PlanetHugger staff t-shirt and 2 one-day passes for you and a friend.
Green Event Planning Experience
Green Event Planning has become one of the most sought after and fastest growing careers in the country today! The world of Event Planning is an incredibly diverse, exciting and rewarding experience. From every topic to every location, there is a need for talented and creative people to address demands of the world of Green Event Planning. Help the planet and get a behind the scenes look at the same time!
Volunteer Opportunities
Here are some of the opportunities you will have when you volunteer:
• get a behind the scenes look at how an event is put together and run;
• learn so much more about going green;
• meet GREAT, fun, interesting people who share your passion for the environment;
• a super-cool, much desired Staff t-shirt that is not available for purchase;
• a complimentary pass for you for all days of the event and a one day ticket for a friend.
Who can Volunteer?
Anyone 18 years or older or ages 12 to 15 accompanied by an adult.

Download the PlanetHugger 2010 Volunteer Guide for information, then complete the PlanetHugger 2010 Volunteer Application. E-mail the completed form to Cindy, our volunteer coordinator at cindy@planethuggerevents.com or fax it to 908.349.3080. Cindy will contact you soon after receiving your application. In 2009 we had so many good people wanting to volunteer that we had to cut it off.
